Throughout the years:

By 1998 Paul had amassed extensive knowledge of the carp's feeding patterns and trends in the vast river and decided to emmigrate to Canada. Paul Hunt shared the passion of offering European anglers top notch, all-inclusive, wild carp fishing holidays on the majestic St. Lawrence River and created first Canadian venue to ever offer 1 or 2 weeks carp fishing holidays, Canadian Carpin Holiday's. With each passing season at CCH's first venue The Lakeside Lodge, interest to come and experience the prolific, hard fighting wild carp fishing the St. Lawrence river offered grew among British anglers. In 2005 it was time to expand and CCH acquired it's next venue, The River Island Manor, a beautiful expansive property from which CCH continued to thrive. Over the years guests have often commented on how exceptional the accomodations are at CCH, and this element has always been a high priority and one that we at CCH continue to take pride in. Always keenly focused on CCHs' growth, in 2014 we decided it was time to start scouting out our next venue and we knew we would have our work cut out for us! Many returning year after year for the chance to once again experience the sheer power of these wild carp whilst enjoying the hassle free, quality holiday package offered at CCH.

In late 2014 CCH acquired it's newest and current venue, The River Rock. Situated along the St. Lawrence River closest to CCH's most prolific fishing area's, The River Rock's expansive well appointed, modern amenties offers our anglers not only the best in fishing but the best in accommodations and ammenities as well. The perfect base to relax and recharge for the next days session on the river.

I am committed to ensuring that all anglers and their guests enjoy a memorable, professional & worry free  all-inclusive carp fishing holiday. I'm happy to provide anglers with information on our All-Inclusive Holiday package as well as our easy booking process. I will be the first to greet and transport our guests from the airport upon their arrival in Canada. My attention to detail is of the utmost importance as CCH's chef, I believe great fishing and exceptional meals go hand in hand. I share the carp fishing passion of our anglers and It is my goal make each and every guest feel that our venue is their home away from home. Always happy to advise and arrange off site activities for our non fishing guests.
