They apply to all the travel arrangements detailed on your invoice, and they deal with your rights and obligations to us and ours to you.

Bookings: The person named ON THE INVOICE or online booking form online confirms that he/she has the authority of all other persons included in the holiday to make the booking on their behalf and that he/she has read and accepted these booking terms and conditions. If your chosen holiday dates are available we will make a provisional booking over the telephone or email and hold an option open for up to seven days. 

a. The full balance of the cost of the holiday must be paid no later than 10 weeks from your holiday start date, If not paid it can lead to your holidays canceld or as we may otherwise specify. If you book within 15 weeks of departure you must pay the total cost of your holiday at the time of booking.  

b. If unconditional payment of the balance is not received by us by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

If you cancel your holiday: Any client canceling a booking must do so in writing but the following charges apply, the weeks in question being calculated from the date of receipt of the written cancellation in our office.

a. Deposit is 100%  non-refundable.   b. Less than Ten weeks prior to departure 100% of travel cost.

Damages:  You are responsible for any CCH property & all carp tackle (i.e Rods, Reels, Landing nets, etc) damages resulting from loss, theft or breakage whilst in your possession & will be charged in full and made payable before you board your outbound flight.

If you have a complaint:  We do our best to give you an enjoyable and trouble free holiday but occasionally even the best laid plans can go wrong. If you have a problem or complaint relating to the overseas part of your holiday, please report to P.Hunt in order for the matter to be resolved on the spot prior to your departure from Canada.  


Your responsibilities:  You must be responsible for a reasonable standard of behavior by yourself and by those for whom you have booked. We reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a client if their behavior is, in our opinion or the opinion of anyone in authority, likely to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance to other customers, employees, other people or property. You understand that we shall be under no liability to pay any refund, compensation or costs incurred by any person whose behavior is thus unacceptable.


Our price policy:  All prices in this CCH invoice SENT TO YOU/GROUP are quoted per person per holiday and include accommodation, three meals daily, transfers in Canada and usage of fishing tackle. Once you have made your booking and paid IN FULL, then the cost of your holiday cannot be increased.


If we cancel your holiday:
 In the extreme rare event of a cancellation by CCH, we will return all monies paid to us and offer you an alternative holiday date/year to purchase of comparable standard. However, in no case will we cancel your holiday after the balance of payment for the holiday is due except where this is by reason of unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, the consequence of which cannot be avoided. The price of your flights are your responsibility.

Cancellation of your Holiday due to International Travel Restrictions resulting from a global event or due to personal reasons:
CCH will honor all deposits  d final balances already received and transfer the amounts and your booking date ( to as close as possible to your original chosen date in the calandar year of your booking ONLY). Deposits and Final Payments are non transferrable to a different calendar year than the original year booked. It is the responsibility of all those clients mentioned in the booking form to purchase Travel Insurance from the flight company for their holiday. This is to ensure coverage arising from any medical conditions, accidents, injuries or loss/damage to personal property whilst in Canada as well as in the unfortunate event clients must cancel their holiday due to medical or personal issue's. CCH cannot accept liability for damages caused by failure to perform the contract where the failure or the improper performance was not the fault of CCH.
